According to a source, the first beta of One UI 9.5 for the Galaxy S26 Ultra has been found on the test server, with the firmware version S948BXXU6ZZK3/S948BOXM6ZZK3/S948BXXU6CZK3. Additionally, the source noted an update to the bootloader, moving from U5 to U6.
Given that Samsung is currently testing One UI 9.5 for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, it seems likely that the company will roll out the One UI 9.5 beta program soon. There is speculation that Samsung might kick off the program by late November or early December.
The finalized version of One UI 9.5 is anticipated to be launched with the Galaxy S27 series. Typically, Samsung unveils its latest Galaxy S series models at the beginning of each year. While the exact timing of the announcement remains uncertain, rumors indicate that the Galaxy S27 series is expected to debut in January.
