AI Voice Innovator ElevenLabs Sees Valuation Surge to $22 Billion

Voice AI company ElevenLabs has revealed that it is now offering its employees the chance to cash out some of their vested equity, boasting a staggering valuation of $22 billion. This figure has doubled from the $11 billion valuation the company achieved after securing $500 million in funding back in February.
The latest $300 million tender offer presents employees with an option to sell their shares to potential investors. The initiative was co-led by major institutional investors Wellington and T. Rowe Price, who support private firms with plans to hold on to their shares post-IPO.
This move aligns with a broader trend seen in rapidly expanding AI firms, where providing liquidity to employees serves as an effective strategy for retention, helping to deter top talent from moving to rival companies.
This marks the second instance that ElevenLabs, now four years old, has facilitated a secondary transaction for its employees. Earlier, the company conducted a $100 million tender offer at a valuation of $6.6 billion in September 2025.
Founded in 2022, ElevenLabs is recognized for its ability to produce highly realistic human voices and sound effects. With its impressive new valuation, the company is now among the most valuable startups in Europe, with operational bases in both New York and London.
