Nest Doorbells Reintroduce Haunting Melodies Just in Time for Halloween Celebrations
Google Unveils Spooky Halloween Chimes for Nest Doorbells
As Halloween approaches, Google is offering a festive way to welcome trick-or-treaters with a selection of Halloween-themed chimes designed for compatible Nest doorbells. Instead of the usual ding-dong, homeowners can now choose from a variety of eerie sounds to enhance the holiday spirit.
The tech giant has introduced nine unique Halloween chimes, allowing users to select different spooky tones to greet their guests. This feature was initially highlighted by tech enthusiasts online.
Alongside these new chimes, a recent update to the Google Home app permits users to preview the sounds directly on their smartphones, eliminating the need to ring the doorbell for a test run.
These Halloween chimes will only be available for a short period, likely disappearing after November 1. So, those looking to add a touch of fright to their Halloween celebrations are encouraged to explore these new options soon.
