Currently, Spotify offers various options for offline content. Free users can only download podcasts, but Premium subscribers have the option to download podcasts, curated playlists, and complete albums. However, music videos have not been included in this feature until now.

Remove downloaded video The text strings seem to indicate that the app may be gearing up to allow Premium users to download music videos onto their devices and remove them when desired. These videos would be viewable within the app, similar to the current offerings on platforms like YouTube or Netflix.
At this point, we cannot access this functionality, but its expected use appears to be user-friendly.
