Amazon Unveils Adaptive Display Feature for Fire TVs Starting Today

Teased earlier this year, the feature is now officially available.

Today marks the official rollout of the Adaptive Display feature for the Fire TV Stick HD. Amazon has confirmed that this accessibility improvement, initially showcased in April, is now available for the latest version of its streaming device.

This new Adaptive Display setting adjusts the size of text and UI components on the screen to enhance readability, while maintaining the proportionality of images and key visual elements. Users can choose from various sizing options to tailor their viewing experience to their needs. The inclusion of Adaptive Display is one of the standout enhancements for the latest Fire TV model, which features a sleeker design and additional Alexa+ capabilities.

Amazon previously unveiled a complete redesign of the Fire TV user interface during CES 2023, followed by a rollout in February. The Adaptive Display feature is expected to help viewers fully enjoy the revamped interface.
