Reported by Gadgets and Wearables, Garmin has submitted a new filing for certification in Brazil’s ANATEL database, which lists 10 unannounced products. These 10 items share similar model numbers: A05124, B05124, C05124, D05124, E05124, F05124, G05124, H05124, I05124, and AA5124.
While there are no specific names attached to these model numbers, the numbering pattern indicates they are likely variants of the same product. It would be unusual for these 10 variants to be smartwatches, as they are generally adjustable. In contrast, smart rings do not have such adjustable sizes, making this theory more plausible.
If these filings indeed represent Garmin’s entry into the smart ring market, it appears they may come in 10 different sizes. For context, Samsung’s Galaxy Ring is available in nine different sizes (from size 5 to 13), while Oura offers eight sizes for the Oura Ring 5 and 12 sizes for the Ring 4.
At this time, Garmin has not announced any details about this product, so the launch timeline remains uncertain. However, the appearance in a regulatory database often indicates that a release may be imminent.
