If you’re looking for a Game Boy-esque handheld, MANGMI has two new devices set to launch. This weekend, the company disclosed the processors designed for their devices. Now, they’ve unveiled the full specifications for both models.
MANGMI’s upcoming handhelds are christened Air Y and Air Y Pro. The Air Y will be equipped with a Snapdragon 662 SoC, while the Air Y Pro will sport a Snapdragon 865. Both models will feature a 4.2-inch IPS display in a 4:3 aspect ratio. A recent social media post from the company has provided all additional details.
The Air Y will come with 3GB of LPDDR4X RAM, 32GB of storage, run on Android 14, feature a 5,000mAh battery, and support 15W charging. It will also include Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 5 connectivity. Its weight will be approximately 279g, and it will feature a USB-C port, active cooling, and a single speaker.
The Pro variant will allow users to choose from 4GB or 8GB of RAM, with 64GB of storage. It will maintain a 5,000mAh battery, support 18W charging, and include a USB-C port, dual speakers, weighing in at 286g. Notably, this upgraded version will come with an earlier Android version (Android 13) while offering Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 support.
